Refund policy
1. DEADLINE FOR RETURNING A ORDER
1.1 You have up to 15 days to return an order from the moment you receivit your order.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
1.3 It must also be in the original packaging.
2. VERIFICATION
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. FAULTY ITEM
We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us an e-mail at info@lofirecords.com with the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show the fault as clearly as possible
4. METHOD OF REFUND
If you return item are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number amount of days.
5. MISSING REFUNDS
5.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
5.2 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. EXCHANGES
6.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
